The Mustang Team believes that CPI is an integrated system of improvement, that focuses on doing the right things the right way.  We also strongly believe it is an enterprise-wide "way of thinking" for achieving lower cost for components and weapons systems, shorter lead times for supply chain operations, and a higher quality of maintenance efforts and repair actions.  Our efforts focus on these areas in aviation with the intent to provide higher aircraft availability and mission readiness.

Mustang Services offers consulting services and expertise in process improvement, also known as Continuous Process Improvement (CPI). Utilizing the tools of LEAN, Theory of Constraints (TOC), and Six Sigma, our efforts with CPI provide an ongoing focus based on enhancing the satisfaction of the Warfighter's needs in multiple areas.
